Overview
Motion is art is a vertical loop of dimensional type on a bright cyan-blue field. The words stack and turn. Orange and white lettering sit against the blue. An After Effects mark appears as a graphic in the composition — part of the artwork, not a software credit block.
Type of work
Social motion design. Original piece built for a tall frame, closer to a reel than to a widescreen film.
Role
Amar Benini designed the type, the colour field, and the looping motion.
On screen
The canvas is a flat, saturated blue. Large white letters spell IS. Orange letters below spell ART. Smaller yellow type and a purple square with Ae sit in the stack. The camera or the type itself tilts, so the lettering reads as objects in space rather than as a locked title card. The loop is short enough to watch more than once.
Format
Vertical film, 1080×1920, about eight seconds. Made for a social frame.
